A lot is happening in the world of work. The US Supreme Court recently clarified that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects against discriminatory job transfers, even if the transfer does not result in a "significant" disadvantage to the employee. The EEOC has also issued long-awaited definitive guidance on what constitutes workplace harassment. We have a link to that information for you as well.
