While our work with clients transitioning out of roles has always been robust, we are pleased to see that the number of individuals coming to us for help with new employment agreements has spiked significantly this past quarter. The unemployment rate indicates a strengthening economy; however, we are sensitive that in some areas of the job market, it has gotten harder for those who've lost their jobs to find new ones. Severance negotiations always need to contemplate the possibility of an extended job search.
